Roll 284: On Motion to Suspend the Rules and Pass. Vote type: final_passage.
Polarity rationale: Reviewed enrichment (llm_import) polarity: The bill directly seeks to restrain sexual harassment and sexual assault against correctional staff by establishing prevention, response, and punishment standards and by requiring implementation of an oversight report. Sexual assault is a direct moral harm, so restraining it is a good, though the measure is primarily administrative.
Theological note: The measure bears on protecting persons from sexual violation and on the civil duty to restrain wrongdoing and protect those who serve under lawful authority. Its concern for the safety and dignity of correctional workers aligns with general equity, though it addresses prison administration rather than a moral question of the highest order.
