Theological note: The measure concerns the ordinary civil duty of ordering public travel security and the care of families, especially young children. Scripture gives weight to family welfare and to orderly, honest governance, but this pilot does not directly address a named moral harm, sexual corruption, the taking of life, or coercive intrusion. Its relevance is mainly prudential: whether a convenience and security arrangement serves families without weakening legitimate protection against threats.
