Tier 2 - Grave Compromise

Doctrine surface for due process, confrontation, evidentiary fairness, forfeiture abuse, and other failures of just civil procedure.

Principle: Judgment requires hearing, evidence, proportion, and just process under God.

Scripture: Deuteronomy 19:15, Deuteronomy 25:1-3, Acts 25:16, Proverbs 18:17, 1 Kings 21

Reformed rationale: The magistrate must not condemn without hearing. Accusation requires real evidence, fair process, and measured judgment rather than corrupt testimony or political convenience.
